Holly has deep experience in business-to-business marketing and corporate reputation programs. She partners with CMOs to develop brand and marketing plans at every level – from corporate identity to practice area positioning to local office marketing.

 

For example, she recently supported a healthcare professional services firm with a brand refresh program. The program was designed to modernize the firm’s brand to ‘meet the moment’ coming out of the pandemic.  This included everything from the visual identity, to platform development, to the marketing activation plan.

Holly has strong experience in talent and recruitment marketing strategy.

 

She led the talent/HR brand, marketing and communications efforts for a Big Four firm for many years. She develops strategies to position organizations as an employer of choice, including recruitment brand, diversity and inclusion, corporate responsibility, and talent development campaigns.

 

She has managed the strategy and applications for awards and rankings such as Fortune Best Places to Work, Working Mother Top Companies, DiversityInc Top Companies, among others. Holly teams with her clients to bring their Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to life internally and externally.

Holly has developed and executed comprehensive strategic communications plans to support corporate diversity and inclusion and anti-racism priorities. 

 

She led multi-faceted global campaigns around Pride Month, International Women’s Day, Black History Month and Hispanic Heritage Month. She also recently developed a comprehensive anti-racism communications strategy for a midsized professional services firm.

 

Holly drives business ROI by engaging directly with employees, recruits and existing and prospective clients on the essential diversity and inclusion topics that now define the culture of top companies.

Driving ROI through strategic partnerships

Holly has designed and managed numerous corporate strategic partnerships and sponsorships including partnerships with organizations such as The Aspen Ideas Festival, International Women's Forum, and MetLife Stadium. 

 

She led a Big Four professional services firm’s first-ever sponsorship of the Rio 2016 Olympics. This included gaining senior leadership buy in for the multi-million dollar investment, managing all aspects of the partnership, and designing a unique activation program focused on mentoring and connecting elite female athletes and business leaders. The client hospitality program was awarded “Best Corporate Hospitality House” by the Rio 2016 Organizing Committee.
